The upgrade from i3-2330m (SR04J) to i5-2540m (SR044) was also a succes. I am, however, noticing some exta fan noise due to the i5 going into turbo boost mode quite often. Solved this by turning CPU cooling policy to passive on the "balanced" windows energy scheme. For the ocassions where i need more speed i switch to the "high" energy scheme.
