We apologize for the inconvenience. Are you still using the original battery? Are all the drivers updated? If that's yes to both questions and you already did your own troubleshooting (which pretty much close to what I would be asking you) then it looks like we need to reformat the system back to factory setting. If you haven't done this last step yet then click on this link below to reformat your unit.
