Dont attempt this if you have warranty left on the laptop.
Else it is as simple as unscreweing the screws. The drive has an easy connect adapter. Which means once the screws which are holding the drive in place are removed, all you have to do is simply pull the drive out of the slot it sits in. Installation is just as simple.
If you are still unsure watch some youtube vids and eat a lot of bacon. Psst. dont get the oil from hands & fingers stain on your parts though ESPECIALLY the optical drives.
