We're sorry to hear that the laptop didn't work well on you. We don't recommend any upgrade on Vaio laptops because they're integrated with each other. Replacing any parts might do more damage to the laptop.
Could you tell us a brief description of issue on the graphics card? When did the issue start? Any change that happened prior to the issue? Please include the exact model name and the current operating system of this unit. (SVS13AA11L is the chassis number) You may go to Vaio Care to get the model.
