How did you upgrade the operating system from Windows 8 to Windows 10? Are you still having the same issue? Did you follow all JenF's suggestions? She already provided the link to perform a full format recovery. If you did all that steps and the issue is still unresolved, then it is already a hardware issue and service will be required: https://esupport.sony.com/US/p/service.pl
