I have a problem which should be solved. My father bought me a Sony Vaio from KSA in 2011 when he was working there as we are from Jordan originally; I live in the UK as I am a doctor there. I took the device and I went back to England. There the laptop worked for 28 days only and then stopped working suddenly. I took it to Sony UK and I have been told that the laptop has a manufactural fault and I have to take it back to the country of purchase as this version has built for middle east and they don't have parts for it. After a year when I met my father in Jordan again he was retired and settled in Jordan because of the death of my brother. In Jordan I took it to Sony and they told me that the international warranty expired and I have to take it to KSA which is impossible. I tried to contact Sony Middle East and they keep telling me that I have to take it back to Saudia Arabia which is impossible. So please the devise was so expensive at that time it cost my Father around 1500 dollars. Please any solution.
