so my sony vaio s series died on me recently after 5 years since i bought it for the last 2 years it has an overheating problem when gaming for example it gets overheated and shutdown suddenly so i stopped gaming but more recently the fan started making alot of noise and overheated when i am working on photoshop or adobe After effect specially when rendering or decoding a video and shutdown suddenly when it gets overheated and won't turn on until i repress the power button a couple of times repeatedly like for half a minute at least and last time i was working on after effect rendering a video it got shutdown suddenly and couldn't get it to turn it on again.

i already have two sony vaio s series so i tried to replace the battery and the ac adapter to figure out if its just an issue with the electricity input with no use the other sony vaio s series works just fine while mine is not working no lights no hard drive spin sound nothing just dead i tried taking off the battery and unplugging the ac adapter and pressing the power button to empty any static electricity but it didn't work either
i took it to a local technician who opened it did some tests with a multimeter and cleaned the fan and couldn't figure out what's wrong with it

then i took it to another more experienced technician and told him the whole story he told me its a chipset damage (intel HM 77 express chipset) and it needs to be replaced and he assured me that he can replace it for me but i have to ship it from the internet cause its not available here in (khartoum-sudan africa !!) but he refused to open the laptop how could he know the exact problem without even opening the laptop ?? i don't know but i am pretty desperate and i would like to know where i can find the mentioned chipset !
thanks in advance
