Battery and power light constantly on, and laptop don't turn on.

Hi,
I have big problem with my sony vaio pro 13( Model svp132a1cl) It don't want to turn on at all. Power and battery buttons are constantly on. When I press power button, nothing happens, I've tried to charge it for 30 minutes but that didn't help. Does any one have any clue what can be wrong with it? I didn't spill anything on it out do any other damage that just happened today without any reason.
