Hi i'm sony vaio (vpceb4j1e) owner.During the last month i 'm having a problem when shutting it down.Actually it doesnt shut down.
I have to use the power button to turn it off.Firstly i reinstalled windows no luck, secondly i removed bios battery no luck either.So i left dissasebly for last.I thought it might have been the power button.I started it ,then i removed the power button cable and went to bios.Inside the menu there is a shutdown option, i used it with no luck,my laptop kept starting.I removed every removable peripheral device ,following the same procedure using the bios shutdown option.Still no luck and run out of ideas!
Please is there anything else to do, other than that my laptop works perfectly
