Hello,
In the last days I noticed that my computer (Sony VAIO SVF1421Z2EW) was not like the usual, I noticed a slack in the opening of the "cover/screen", but I didn't no the reason. Today, when I picked him up, i've seen that there was a "slot/aperture" in the cover, near the hinges. The computer has 3 years old, used for my personal use, doesn't have a single scratch, and never felt, I don't understand how it's possible this happens in a computer of this brand, I never though this could happen, because I'm very careful. When I've had it just for a year, I've already send it to Garantee because the area of the hinges was begining to crack, just 1-2mm, they've replaced the cover. The information that I've gotten is that is a defect of the factory product. So I'm very disapointed with Sony, I thought this computer would last many years. I'm waiting for an answer to know what to do, or if Sony will do something.
Best regards,
Manuel Dias
