Hola buenas tardes, me envió una correo que hubo un error de fábrica en las baterías de mi modelo PORTÁTIL Y VERIFICAR CON EL NÚMERO DE SERIE DE LA BATERÍA dejó efectivamente a que el mismo debe ser reemplazado. El problema es que VIVO EN VENEZUELA ES PERO comprar el PORTÁTIL EN LOS ESTADOS UNIDOS. ¿CÓMO PUEDO HACER para reemplazar la batería? LLAME SONY AMÉRICA LATINA Y me di cuenta que debe gestionar con usted. MI MODELO ES SVE15134CXP. GRACIAS

May I know why do you need to replace it? Did you get an error message or is there an "x" on the battery icon? Is the battery status already on CRITICAL? Here is how to check it. You can also troubleshoot the battery by following the steps you'll find on this link.
If it's already defective and result shows that it needs to be replaced you may purchase the battery through Reliable Parts at www.reliableparts.com or you may call them at 1-800-941-9217

HELLO GOOD AFTERNOON, I MAILED A MAIL THAT THERE WAS A FACTORY ERROR IN THE BATTERIES OF MY LAPTOP MODEL AND VERIFYING WITH THE SERIAL NUMBER OF THE BATTERY EFFECTIVELY LEFT THAT THE SAME MUST BE REPLACED. THE PROBLEM IS THAT I LIVE IS IN VENEZUELA BUT BUY THE LAPTOP IN THE UNITED STATES. HOW CAN I DO IT TO REPLACE MY BATTERY? CALL SONY LATIN AMERICA AND I REALIZED THAT I MUST MANAGE IT WITH YOU.
