We're sorry to hear this issue. Try to power cycle the computer by following the guidelines below:
- Hold the power button to turn off the unit.
- Once the computer is off, unplug the AC power adapter, other connected devices and remove the battery.
- Hold the power button again for 5 seconds to drain the electricity from the unit.
- If the battery is not removable, look for a battery off button (usually located on the bottom of the computer) and push that for 5 seconds.
