Were there any changes before the issue started? We did it occur? Did you follow all the steps from Jen's suggestions? Based on our system, VPCL2390X came with Microsoft® Windows® 7 Home Premium 64-bit. Did you install a different operating system? Your unit is running Windows 7 Professional.
