Hi there, I have a VPCZ128GG running Windows 10, and when I plug HDMI in to my tv, I get the device connect sound (Windows), the screen does the normal flicker (goes black a couple of times) Windows shows the device connected in display settings, the tv also shows up in the Vaio display settings, but I only get a blank screen on the TV and no audio either.
A couple of other bits of info:
I have tried this on another tv and another monitor with a different cable and get the same problem.
When I go to playback devices in audio, it has HDMI listed, but says it's not connected.
When I plug the HDMI in, I get the second screen show up in display properties, but if I click "detect" I get a small third screen show up which says "Display not detected" When I unplug it, it goes back to the single screen. SEE ATTACHMENTS
I don't know if this is a hardware, software or user error problem, but it is very frustrating!
