It is terrible that Sony have stopped producing computers so they have just gone bad luck to all people who have bought them. We are not going to support anymore. I read the press release when they stopped making Vaio and their promise to keep providing after sales support. Where is the after sales support? Nearly a month and no answer. It is interesting that if I go to Australian support they say go to the community site and the community site says go to Australian support. Great
