Have you tried pressing F10 key instead? But we need to change the boot priority first and make set External/USB drive as the first priority. Let's change this setting and follow these steps: 

Acess BIOS setup.

1. Turn OFF the unit. 
2. Press Assist button. 
3. Select Start BIOS setup. 
4. Once in BIOS, go to Boot tab. 
5. Change the Boot Priority and set it to Removable / USB. 
6. Save the changes and Exit. 

Try again to boot again to USB flash drive.
