We're sad to hear about this. It looks like your laptop is a non-US model. Unfortunately, we have limited information about this model so we can't tell if this unit is compatible with Windows 10. You may click on this link to go back to your previous version of Windows and try to remove the security log in first before upgrading (back) to Windows 10.
