Hi, I have a Sony Vaio Flip and recently the Laptop will now shut down when plugged in after 10 seconds.
What's interesting is the Laptop will still charge normally when turned off, and if the Laptop already has a 100% charge it will run normally on while plugged in and maintain a 100% charge all day while using it.
So basically the issue only comes up if the laptop has less than a 100% charge.
Am trying to get some ideas on why this is happening, I've noticed on occasion that when it is plugged in the system sometimes peeps before shutting down. But unsure what this could mean or what is causing it. Any input would be appreciated and does Sony still offer repairs for it?
