We're sorry to hear about this connection issue. What is the current operating system of your laptop? What has change prior to this issue? You mentioned that you lost your WIFI signal, is it working now? Were these devices working before with this laptop?
We need to further isolate the issue. Try to connect them on Safe Mode. Try also to connect these bluetooth accessories to other devices. Make sure that the drivers and software are upto date.
