I have purchased a Sony Vaio Due 13 red edition on 10/12/13, in the souny store 49, cost me $3288.00 for the laotop, and it was shiped to me after couple days. i plan to use it for a long time, but on July of 2015, i try to charge my laptop, the time i plug in, there was a electric shock between charger and laptop
, it's show's me unable to find battery on the screen. i tried to restart couple time. i suppose the battery was died, but when i sent it to repair, they told me it's was the problem of mainboard, the battery was good. and they told me it's cost a lot to replace mainboard, and they can't get the parts for me. Couple days ago i saw a note that says the mainboard will cover for two years
, so i want to check if i could get a replacement for my Vaio by sony. and what if i can't get the free replacement for my Sony Due 13 Red edition, what will be the price i need to pay for buy a mainboard to replace. i really hope i could get a free replacement, because this Lap top really cost me a lot, and i don't want to pay more money on it, i thought i could use it for at least five years
. but anyway it's looks very cool, and i like it, don't want to leave it in my storage box.
