Did you upgrade the operating system of your unit? Make sure you installed the updated drivers and software (especially if you're running Windows 10). You may also run Vaio Update and Windows Update to make sure the computer is up-to-date.
SVS13133CGWappears to be a non-U.S. model. Unfortunately, we have limited information about this model. We do not have the drivers and software the support this machine as well.
