Win7 Home Premium 64 bit SP1
When I start the computer cold, there's a black screen for a couple of minutes (no Input
C, windows logo or welcome or logging in), then the desktop appears and computer operates normally.
If I restart the computer, everyhing ok (no black screen, all the normal displays)
If I shut dow the computer for a minute, then restart it, again everything is ok.
