Which cooler and fan for Sony Vaio VPCEA25EC?

Hi,

I have the asian Sony Vaio model "Sony Vaio VPCEA25EC". Since my fan has become very loud and my Vaio very hot recently I need to change the fan (and cooler?).

The serial number of the Vaio is: 27523297 9003018

The fan specifications are:

The fan case number is: 300-0001-1276_AY10052902W

Two questions:

1. I can find this kind of Panasonic fan with cooler in the internet, but the second number of the fan specifications differ. For example:
