We're sorry to hear your issue. Are you running Windows 10? SVP132A1CLis actually just the chassis number. You may follow the troubleshooting guidelines here to isolate the issue if it's a hardware or software:
- Boot the laptop to Safe Mode.
- Perform a clean boot.
- Run Vaio Update and Windows Update.
- To fully isolate the issue, we suggest resetting the laptop to factory settings.
