I have a sony vaio Duo 11 SVD11223CXB

I bought an iChocolate Mini II speaker- it works with my tablets including my old first generation ipad but it won't play music from my sony vaio  dui 11 SVD11223CXB.

I took all these steps to see what is wrong and nothing is working just so you know

Please help, I cannot get it to work.

I got the bluetooth speaker to turn on and off the music from the PC but it won't relay the sound thru the speaker.
I have done all this and more
FIX: Bluetooth Not Working In Windows 8.1
Step 1:

→ Go to RUN (Windows Logo + R) and type “services.msc” and Enter.
Step 2:

→ Now find “Bluetooth Support Service” and double click on it.
Step 3:

→ In General Tab change startup type Manual to Automatic.
Step 4:

→ Now click on Log On Tab and mark on “This Account” and type your account name or browse to find your account name.
Step 5:

→ Now remove both hidden password and restart your PC.
Step 6:

→ Now Re install your Bluetooth drivers. You can download latest Bluetooth drivers from your PC official website.
Step 7:

→ If Bluetooth drivers not compatible with Windows 8.1 then follow simple steps.
Step 7a:

→ Go to RUN(Windows logo + R) and type “regedit” to open registry editor.
Step 7b:

→ In registry editor go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows NT/CurrentVersion
Step 7c:

→ In Current Version find Current version and change the value 6.3 to 6.2.

When that failed I went to Sony Website and updated the bluetooth drivers-
When that didn't work I changed the default music player and saved it

when that didn't work I updated itunes player
When that didn't work I went to the control panel into the sound system and checked that all sound items were turned on and updated all the drivers.

Got any suggestions anyone?
