I already replied to your previous post. I also gave you links/steps to try.
1. "If I choose to perform Vaio Recovery, will my PC be downgraded to Windows 7, or will the OS be the same?"
If you will be able to proceed with Vaio recovery, the OS will be Windows 7 (or original OS that came with the unit)
2.-3. " When I purchased the machine in 2012, I created a set of Windows 7 recovery disks, but lost them. Now, when I go to Vaio Care, the application does not allow me to create a new set of recovery disks, and says "Recovery Media has been created for your system". Is there anyway I can burn a second set of DVD(s)?"
I believe, you cannot burn another copy especially now that you're running Windows 10.
