Vaio SVS13A2 thermal pads (thickness)?

Hi,

I have a Vaio SVSS13A2 Notebook with nVidia GT 640M LE GPU.

I have to take it apart though, as the LCD cable has a loose connection (which is not the problem here) and I thought: why not replace CPU+GPU thermal pads? Temps are getting worse anyways and GPU is throttling in some games.

Problem is, I have to order them first, as the notebook is my daily driver and do not want to take it apart just to see the tickness of the thermal pads...

Service Manual says:

*6) When Thermal Fan is removed, clean off the thermal pad and replace new Ref.No.308 and 310.

(308 being GPU)

Thing is, I cannot find anywhere the part number of pads to check for thickness

Does anybody know which thermal pads best to use?
