Keyboard has completely quit working, EXCEPT to log into my computer. Thank goodness because I don't know how to access my touchscreen keyboard from log in screen. But once i am in, i can use touchscreen keyboard & my mouse also works fine.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
FYI, i just started using Windows 10 about 3 months ago, but not by choice. i wasn't planning to switch but then the download automatically took place. So not sure if having Windows 10 is the cause of this issue.
