Do you mean VPCL117FX?

Device manager indicates a conflict with base system device.

That's not necessarily a conflict. Maybe it just indicates a missing driver. You can find out by doubleclicking on it to read the device error message.

Where could I find the suitable driver ?

If you have VPCL117FX, you can download the drivers here. To find out, which driver is missing, you should have a look at the hardware ID (Properties > Details > Dropdown: Hardware IDs). Google the hardware ID to find some more hints about the device.

Other method is to download the drivers and open the INF files with the editor (notepad). If the hardware ID is listed in an INF file, the according driver should be suitable.

Unfortunately Sony does not provide your drivers in the form of a simple ZIP file archive, which could be extracted commonly. So you probably have to launch the installation utilitys (EXE files) of the most suspected drivers, until you found the correct one.

Third method is to use Vaio Update to search for driver updates.
