We're sorry to hear this issue with your laptop. Kindly try to power cycle the unit: 

1. Remove the battery and all peripherals. 
2. Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds. This will drain the electricity of the laptop. 
3. Install the battery and plug in back the AC adapter. 

If the issue persists, most likely, it is already a hardware issue. You may contact the nearest Sony Authorized Service Center for further assistance.
