my 'e' key has broken twice

I have a SVP112A1CW

I've had it about three years and this is the second time the 'e' key has broken. First time cost 200 euros to replace the whole keybaord. 

Apparently you can't fix them, you have to replace the whole keyboard. 

This seems to b a design fault
