Re: Sony VAIO VPCF11GGX shuts down suddenly

Are you running Windows 10? VPCF11GGX came with Microsoft® Windows® 7 Professional 64-bit and we do not have Windows 10 drivers for this unit: http://esupport.sony.com/US/p/model-home.pl?mdl=VPCF11GGX&template_id=1&region_id=1&tab=download#/downloadTab. Windows 10 won't work well with your computer. 

If you're still running Windows 7, you may follow the steps here to isolate the issue: 

• Power cycle - Remove the battery and all peripherals -> press and hold the power button for 5 seconds
• Set BIOS to default. 
• Try the unit in Safe Mode.
