I bought a VIO notebook in 10/14/2014 through BestBuy. I had a problem to turn on this computer in 9/14/2015 and I got a warranty service to fix it. Now I have the same problem again, but SONY customer service representative told me that I need to pay to fix it since the warranty period is over. It is not acceptable to me. I think this model has a intrinsic problem asI have had the same problem in 1.5 years. I won't buy SONY VIO computer again.
