I called tech support because I entered a blank Bios password and was directed to your website which said that tech support can esclate my issue if I call. I called back and was directed to best buy.
I purchased this laptop directly from sony and registered it. I dont see why if an unlock code exsits tech support wouldnt have access. my computer is a s series 13in
I aslo asked to speak to a manager and was placed on hold and told they had no supervisor minutes later
