We're sorry to hear this issue. Are you running Windows 10? Are you using a port replicator? You may follow these troubleshooting suggestions to isolate the issue:
- If you're using a port replicator, remove it then test the unit again.
- Turn OFF the laptop and remove all peripherals -> Flip the unit over and look for the battery reset button (4) -> using a safety pin, push and hold for 5 seconds.
- Download and install the latest drivers and software based on the current OS.
- You may also run Vaio Update and Windows Update.
