Did you format your computer using the Assist button or F10 key?
"When I reinnstalled most of the drivers and applications, I found out that my Fingerprint sensor has stopped working."
How did you reinstall the drivers? Try running Vaio Update or download the ALL the drivers manually by visiting Sony support website. Run Windows Update once the drives are updated.
