This is most likely a touchpad driver issue. Unfortunately, no Windows 10 drivers are available to model VGNFW139E:https://esupport.sony.com/US/p/model-home.pl?mdl=VGNFW139E&template_id=1&region_id=1&tab=download#/downloadTab. We do not recommend upgrading the OS to Windows 10 too. No drivers are available for units that came with Windows 7 and below.
