May we have the exact model name of your Sony Vaio laptop? SVF152C29Lis just the chassis number. How did you reset it? Have you tried downloading and installing the drivers and software after resetting it to factory settings?
We suggest downloading and installing the necessary drivers by running Vaio Update and Windows Update then test it again.
