There is a possibility that this is Windows 10 drivers issue. VPC units came with either Windows Vista or Windows 7. Unfortunately, no Windows 10 drivers are available for these units. We do not also recommend upgrading these computers to Windows 10. To further isolate this, you may perform a full format recovery.
